Parkside View began its monthly run in July of 2016. The
first two volumes—eighteen issues—featured essays that debuted
exclusively on its pages along with works pulled from several
archives of Bob’s writing.
All
forty-three essays from Volume 1 and Volume 2 of the newsletter
are included in this book, plus two essays that are being shared
for the first time.

Parkside View: Volumes 1 & 2 is Bob Hocking’s tenth published
title. It was originally released on March 6, 2018 in both print
and Kindle editions.
